Jon practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, construction litigation, and commercial collections. He is particularly sought after by clients with difficult situations where the path forward is not clear. He brings an aggressive philosophy to his practice, but is always looking for the creative solution to bring cases to an end.
