Short Bio


Jonathan’s practice focuses on a wide variety of bankruptcy and litigation matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, and trustees in business and individual bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, foreclosure and debt collection proceedings, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Jonathan has practiced at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal courts throughout Florida and various other states. Prior to private practice, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Erik P. Kimball, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Jonathan currently resides in Windermere with his wife and four children.
