Short Bio
For nearly two decades, Melissa has represented people and businesses in all types of bankruptcy matters and related litigation.
Melissa focuses her practice on the legal needs of Central Floridians and businesses who need a fresh financial start, or who are owed money as a creditor. She represents business owners and creditors in all types of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including personal and business Chapter 7 and 11 cases (including Subchapter V of Chapter 11). She also represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 13 cases.
In addition to bankruptcy and insolvency matters, Melissa also provides clients with estate planning, asset protection, contract, and representation in general corporate matters. She is also a frequent speaker on a variety of legal topics.
