Jacob J. Niergarth

Jacob attended law school at the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. There, Jacob received the Ervin A. Gonzalez Endowed Scholarship Award for his success in the Trial Advocacy Program, served as Vice President of the Charles C. Pappy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and won back-to-back “Best Oralist” awards at National Moot Court Competitions. Prior to that, he graduated from the University of Florida where he studied Political Science and Philosophy. Before law school, Jacob was a law clerk for the Florida Office of the Attorney General and judicial intern for the Honorable Beth Bloom of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
